1. For IE 10/11 users, remove sites from the Compatibility View list (if set).
2. Add the website to the Trusted sites and reconnect the page.
3. In other browsers(except IE 10/11), Download the installation program and move to the folder where you downloaded file.
4. Execute the installation program as administrator.
5. If this page is still appeared after the above installation, see online support documents relative to DEXTUploadX5.

6. If the installation of the client program is not completed due to other issues, please contact the administrator.
※ The file access was denied when executing the client program.
1. Move to the folder where you downloaded file.
2. Right-click the file and open its property.
3. In general tab, unblock the protection of the file and click the Apply button.
4. Execute installation file.
